This is our first demo, all home recorded in a small bedroom in summer 2002 with very limited gear. We were stranded in Lincolnshire, and the whole thing was born out of complete and utter boredom. What began as an elaborate joke and a way to pass time resulted in three songs we quite liked. We put it out as a hand packaged demo, and much to our surprise it won us many favourable reviews in Terrorizer and various online metal publications.

Tear Gas & Plate Glass were formed in the summer of 2002 by brothers Matthew and Nathan Dick. Inspired by British greats like Godflesh, Electric Wizard and Iron Monkey, the band released a handful of demos which were well received in the underground doom/sludge/metal scene.
